1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 580jili Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the 580jili website.

Your continued use of the 580jili Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at 580jili's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 580jili services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 580jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 580jili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying 580jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

580jili reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by 580jili. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

580jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at 580jili's discretion.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 580jili does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 580jili may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• 580jili aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• 580jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.

580jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues outside of 580jili's reasonable control. Players are encouraged to contact our support team if a transaction is not reflected within the expected timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

580jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

580jili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 580jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of 580jili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 580jili.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 580jili's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account and using the 580jili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 580jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

580jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 580jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

580jili does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

580jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

580jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Use of the Platform in a manner that 580jili reasonably believes may cause legal liability or reputational harm.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may have their balances forfeited.

You may close your 580jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Please note that closing your account does not automatically cancel any pending transactions or active bonus terms.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 580jili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or bonus calculations, 580jili's internal review process shall be the first point of escalation. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team, and 580jili will endeavor to provide a written response within five (5) business days.
